Acceptance - The booking of a photographic session and/or any placing of an order constitutes your acceptance of our Terms & Conditions of business, which may not be varied.
Your Rights - If you are not satisfied with your order or our service we will always endeavour to correct the problem to your satisfaction. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Copyright - The Studio owns and retains the copyright of all images taken by the Studio’s photographers. Any copying, scanning, electronic transfer, duplication or manipulation by you, other customers or any third party will contravene this copyright. Unless express permission is given in writing we will take legal action against any individual or company found to be in breach of this copyright.
We may release copyright to you in certain circumstances. If you wish to obtain the copyright of certain images taken by us, you should contact the Studio direct to discuss this.
Changes to Orders - Due to the individual nature of your images and our work, orders cannot be changed once placed.
